Can someone please tell me who gave Britney a driver’s license?

Yesterday, while she was pulling out of Beverly Hills Medical Building, she ran over a paparazzo’s foot. Now, maybe it’s the guy’s fault for getting too close. I mean, if Britney driving onto the curb at Taco Bell and needing the camera crew to get her out isn’t a clue that she’s a bad driver, I don’t know what is. She did have an earlier hit and run. And those guys were getting awfully close when she was going to court.

So maybe this was a similar situation. In any case, the paparazzi were surrounding her car, and when she pulled forward, there were several shouts, and a photo of a tire track on one of the crew’s white sock. He has not pressed charges. Yet.
