Britney Spears seems to be pulling things together. Not only is Britney doing everything the courts have asked of her - liked taking the drug tests, but she’s passing them, too! The last several tests - which are given randomly - have all come back negative.
Additionally, the judge has ordered that Britney serve time in jail for her two priors misdemeanors (a hit and run and driving without a license). According to E News, Britney must be photographed and fingerprinted before the next court date, which the judge has ordered she attend. The hearing is scheduled for October 25, 2007.
How is she doing so well? People Magazine says, “Family is incredibly important, especially for Britney Spears.” Britney and her mother, Lynn, have been repairing their relationships. And even though her ex-husband, Kevin Federline currently has full custody of their two boys, the judge is now saying that the chances of Britney gaining fifty-fifty custody are “good based on current circumstances.”
