The coroner’s report about the death of Kanye West’s mother, Donda West, has been released. According to TMZ, the L.A. County Coroner said she died of “Coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty.” Translation: she had a heart attack following her plastic surgery.

However, it’s looking like Dr. Jan Adams isn’t necessarily at fault as her final manner of death remains undetermined, and there’s no proof that the anesthesia or the surgery played a role in her death. You’ll remember that another doctor refused to operate because he felt that Donda was a prime candidate to suffer a heart attack following the surgery, and that Dr. Jan Adams accidentally suggested that he thought she might have had an accidental overdose.
