It seems that each season brings out new dieters - or old ones - who feel the need to lose weight, whether it’s because they didn’t before, they just popped out a baby like Angelina Jolie, to look smokin’ for a performance, or they want to look better. The celebs do things most people would never dream of: but seriously, how do they lose the weight so quickly?
Let’s take a look at some of these:
Jamie Pressly used the “Cabbage Soup Detox Diet” to lose baby weight. A detox truly is a good way to ride yourself of toxins in your body that can cause weight gain, but it’s not necessarily healthy. Angelina Jolie, however, chose to follow an African remedy of Ginger Root and Garlic. And British Popstar, Lily Allen tried hypnotism, and after only a few sessions she lost 10 pounds.
