On Friday, Tim and Elisabeth Hasselbeck were able to welcome a baby boy into the family. Tim said, “Elisabeth and I are happy to announce the arrival of our son and we’re thrilled he arrived safely.”

The baby weighed 7lbs and 15 ounces, and Elisabeth waited until Monday to announce the baby’s name to the world. She called up her co-stars and told them they’d named the baby “Taylor Thomas.”

Elisabeth said their daughter, Grace, loves him already, and she’s already crooning to him and telling her how much she loves him. Evidently, he reacts excitedly when he hears her, since he already knows him from when she talked to him while Elisabeth was pregnant.
