What is it with stars who get in an accident one day, and then, soon after, are caught driving under the influence? Gary Collins is joining the ranks of the DUI’s. Monday (yesterday), he was charged with two counts of misdemeanor driving. He had a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit, and it comes just after his arrest last week, where he hit 2 parked cars, after an older man plowed into him. Unfortunately, Gary was clearly drunk, and he failed the sobriety test.

If he’s convicted, Gary will get six months jail time and a $1,000 fine.
