Jamie Lynn Spears has made the decision to give her baby to her mother, Lynn Spears, to raise. A source explained that Lynn doesn’t believe that Jamie Lynn understands the consequences of having a baby as a teenager, “She still wants her daughter to be able to be a teenager, go to parties, hang out with friends and still have a career. So she’ll take the front seat of caring for the baby and take the pressure of her daughter.” Lynn is planning on returning to their hometown in Louisiana to raise the baby.
Here’s the thing: I completely agree that this is probably the best choice for two reasons: 1) Jamie Lynn is a teenager. 2) Her sister, Britney Spears, is probably one of the most incompetent mothers in the world, and we don’t need another similar situation. On the other hand, I don’t have much confidence in Lynn’s ability to raise a child (well). A closed adoption might be the best idea, but even then, a couple who adopted the baby would be hounded by the media and others.

I totaly DONT agree with Lynns decision.I think Jamie Lynn should take responsibility for her own actions,and if i were her mother I would make her raise HER child!She should have thought about what she was doing befor she sleep with her boyfriend.I mean HELLO she had the perfect reputation,clean cut ,american,teen star.and now shes hit rock bottom just like her sister.but whatever she still will NEVER get her normal teen life back.so I say HAHA IN HER FACE!
