Hip Hop artist Kanye West’s mother, Donda West, was laid to rest yesterday. Kanye plans to continue on his tour, as he feels that that’s what his mother, his number one fan, would want.

The funeral was held in the True Vine Ministry Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Many stars attended the solemn ceremony, and John Legend accompanied Anita Baker in a performance. Other stars include Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Fonzworth Bentley, among others.

During the ceremony, Kanye thanked everyone for their love and support, and later said, “If she was here, she would tell me to get on that stage and kill it.”
