Though I’m still not a fan of Grey’s Anatomy, it turns out I like more of the actors and actresses than I thought. The stunning Kate Walsh, who stars as Dr. Addison Montgomery on the tv, is an undeniably amazing actress and beauty. But, before she landed her career on Grey’s, she starred as Drew Carrey’s girlfriend, even wearing a fat suit to make herself suitable for the part. I never would have recognized her.

Eventually, Kate got her break from the (amazing) film “Under the Tuscan Sun.” And that led to her character on Grey’s Anatomy. Though her role had originally been only a short-term one, she was made a permanent member due to audience response.

And now, that same lovely lady will be starring on her own TV show, which is loosely based on her Grey’s Anatomy character “Private Practice.” The next episode, “In Which on Finds a Showerhead,” will air Wednesday October 24, 9/8C.
