The list of celebrities headed for the slammer increases as both Kiefer Sutherland, Michelle Rodriquez, join the ranks with Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears.

What did Kiefer do? Fans of his television show, “24″ should be disappointed to learn that Kiefer was caught violating the terms of his 2004 arrest, for which he needs to spend 18 days in the sheriff’s custody. As if that’s not enough, he also needs to spend 30 days in jail because of last month’s DUI. Unlike the leniency that has been shown to other celebrities, Kiefer will not be offered time off for good behavior. What does he have to say for himself? “I’m very disappointed in myself for the poor judgment I exhibited recently.”

And what about Michelle? Michelle was sentenced to 180 days in the county jail for violating “several DUI-related charges.” Rodriguez never completed her thirty hours of court-ordered community service, and despite the alcohol-monitoring ankle bracelet, proceeded to get drunk three times. Deemed ineligible for house arrest, the 29-year-old has until December 24th to turn herself in. Merry Christmas, Michelle.
