Oprah Winfrey made an emergency visit to her new school in South Africa, the “Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls.”

Two weeks ago, we learned that one of the dormitory moms (who has since been fired) was physically and verbally abusing several of the girls. One of the girls ran away, because she couldn’t handle the abuse any longer, bringing the abuse to light.

Oprah publicly (and tearfully apologized), “I’ve disappointed you. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry.”
