Paparazzo Adnan Ghalib has been running around claiming Britney Spears is pregnant with his child. The rumors, which started when they were supposedly looking for a pregnancy test, have been squashed by Britney who says she’s not pregnant.

Good thing, too, because I can hardly imagine that having a third child would put Britney in better light with the judges. In the meantime, a source has said that she has gained weight - because of her change in prescription.

I’m sure Britney’s parents are glad she’s not pregnant. They already have their hands full.

Britney Spears is spending more and more time with her children, her third visit with them was on Wednesday. A psychiatrist, Dr. Lee Sadja, has been present for all of the meetings.

I just realized yesterday that Britney Spears’ first hit song, “Baby One More Time” came out about ten years ago. That means that Britney was 16 when she was first on stage singing sexually explicit songs. And we wonder why she has problems.

People Magazine published a nice article about Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and their daughter, Harlow. And they included beautiful pictures of the new family.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have learned the joy of being a parent for the first time, and the couple are head over heels in love with their baby girl.

The couple shared a little about their new baby. How quiet she is and how much they appreciate their mother’s help. Nicole added, “And we have to give credit to Benji (Joel’s twins brother). He lives six houses down. He babysits, like really babysits.”

Harlow Winter sure is a cutie pie.

The beautiful and pregnant Angelina Jolie is planning on having her and Brad Pitt’s next baby in France in honor of Angelina’s late mother, who was French-Canadian. According to The Sun, Angelina and Brad are not expecting twins, but, “Angelina’s been told she is expecting a girl. She’s thrilled.”

The family has bought a chateau in the south of France, and are planning on making it their family home. “Angelina is proud of her French roots and wants her latest addition to be born and raised there.”

Congrats on the new one, Angelina and Brad!

After a visit from Animal Services, Paris Hilton had to cut back on her puppies. The proud heiress had to get rid of some of her 17 puppies. “I only have ten now.” Only ten? Yeesh. “Some of my dogs had puppies so I gave some of them away to people I really know and trust. I gave some to my stylist and a few to my best friends, so now I’m down to ten.”

Wait a second, I thought Paris didn’t have (any) friends and that’s why she was doing the new television show.

I wouldn’t trust Paris with any pets. Hopefully, she doesn’t have children. Ever.

The roller coaster ride that is Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon’s brief and painful marriage, has another twist. Instead of just wanting a divorce, Pamela wants an annulment. Evidently, she wants to forget it ever happened. Hard to do when everyone’s watching… just ask Britney Spears.

In any case, Pamela has cited “fraud” as the reason for the annulment, although there have been no details given in the court documents or anywhere else.

Britney Spears, who hadn’t seen her sons in almost two months, was finally able to spend time with them! Actually, the pop star was able to spend time with her boys two days in a row. The boys, it seems, were really excited to see there mom. And who can blame them? It’s been awhile.

Evidently, Britney will be allowed to continue visits, but they’re by no means unmonitored, and given recent experiences, and the last time the boys saw their mother, that’s probably wise.

One point of interest: Kevin Federline’s atttorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said, “None of this would have happened if Jamie Spears had not been involved. That’s for sure.” Interesting.

Paris Hilton is going to be starring in a new reality TV show, where she’s looking for someone special - a new best friend. According to Us magazine, “Paris is tired of the haters and she’s looking for someone new and cool.”

Evidently, this new TV show, which is expected to be picked up by MTV, is going to show a side of Paris that The Simple Life didn’t show.

Poor Paris, in need of a new BFF because no one else can keep up with her.  Or has already grown up.

Trying to figure out what to see in theaters this weekend? Well, let me make it a little bit easier.

This weekend’s new movies are:

• Witless Protection, a comedy starring Larry the Cable Guy and Ivana Milicevic (I know my boyfriend will love this movie, but every time the preview has played, he’s been buying popcorn or whatever, so he doesn’t believe me)
• Vantage Point, a drama and thriller starring Dennis Quaid, Matthew Fox, Forest Whitaker, Sigourney Weaver, William Hurt, Edgar Ramirez and Zoe Saldana. (This looks incredibly intense, although every time I see the preview I can’t help thinking it reminds me of the film, Shooter.)
• Be Kind Rewind, a comedy starring Jack Black, Mos Def and Danny Glover
• Charlie Bartlett, a teen comedy starring Anton Yelchin and Kat Dennings
• The Counterfeiters, a World War II film starring Karl Markovics and August Diehl
• The Duchess of Langeais, a foreign and romance film starring Jeanne Balibar, Guilliame Depardieu and Michel Piccoli (I really want to see it, but it’s not playing around where I live)
• The Signal, a suspense and horror film that looks like it could be good, or that it could be a major bust

And if you haven’t quite caught up on the other films, you can still see Jumper, 27 Dresses, Juno (in some theaters), Fool’s Gold, The Bucket List, Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins, Definitely Maybe and The Spiderwick Chronicles.

I love Paula Abdul, I really do, even when she annoys the , her crap out of me while I’m trying to enjoy “American Idol” by telling all of the contestants how much she loves them, and how they’re beautiful and they were wonderful (even when it’s a lie). However her new music video… I don’t know, it’s just wrong on so many levels. In fact, it’s making the Spencer-Montag music video look better, although Paula doesn’t think it was that bad.

And when they showed “Dance Like There’s No Tomorrow” on American Idol last night, Paula looked sufficiently ashamed of herself, and Simon, who does have a heart, held his tongue. In my opinion, it was an incredibly painful throwback to the 80’s.

On second thought, Paula’s video might explain some of her easy-going nature with the American Idol kids this season. I’m sure they’re grateful, even if the rest of the world is horrified.
