Former “Prison Break” star Lane Garrison has been sentenced to a total of 40 months in prison after his drunk-driving incident where he hit killed a 17-year-old high school student last December.
Of course, the three months he’s already served will go towards the time, and he’ll probably get time off for good behavior, making time served closer to 20 months. I think that’s lenient. He must also pay Vahagn Setian’s family - and the two fifteen-year-old girls also in the car with Vahagn - $300,000. Also lenient.
Lane said, “I just want to say how sorry I am to the Setian Family. I am sickened by my behavior on that night.” He continued, “I want to show that my walk with sobriety will be very easy. I want to help other kids not make the same mistake I did.”
Other actors, like John Goodman, have been managing to stay sober.
