Sheryl Crow is getting ready to release an album, Detours, on February 5, 2008. She said that the album is “very inspired by the last three years in my life,” highlighting some of the detours she herself has made, including her broken engagement to Lance Armstrong, her battle against breast cancer, and adopting a child, a baby boy she named Wyatt.

Sheryl adds that this album is “the most honest record I’ve ever made.” The albums first single, “Shine Over Babylon” is available here on youtube, and she plans on releasing three more music videos over youtube soon. Good marketing technique. Britney should try that… so much better than nothing.
